This project aims to construct a transitional housing development and associated facilities in TLT. It consists of 3 storeys with totally 1 residential block serving for 85 units. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the Steel MiC modules as single unit as well as a whole. MiCON is responsible for factory coordination, logistic, construction, assembly and zip up construction for the MiC units on site.
