This project aims to construct a 22 storey youth hostel in Mongkok. It consists of approximately 2900m2 CFA serving 72 youth hostel units. The single residential also consists of a management office and other communal facilities at the 1st to 4th Floors. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the Steel MiC modules as single unit as well as a whole. Design work also includes the connection details between modules as well as with the cast in-situ portion connection in a structural, aesthetic, constructable and waterproofing sound manner. It also involves the design for temporary storage and the logistic design for the works.
