This project aims to construct two special schools at Renfrew Road by MiC method; providing 120 RC type MiC Modules. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the MiC modules as a single unit as well as a whole. Design work also includes the connection details between modules as well as with the cast in-situ portion connection in a structural, aesthetic, constructible and waterproofing sound manner. It also involves the design for temporary storage and the logistic design for the works.
