This project aims for construct transitional Housing at Cheung Shun Street consisting 131 nos. MiC modules. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the MiC modules as single unit as well as a whole. Design work also includes the connection details between modules as well as with the cast in-situ portion connection in a structural, aesthetic, constructable and waterproofing sound manner. It also involves the design for temporary storage and the logistic design for the works and the availability for upgrading the foundation portion of the conforming design.
