This project aims to construct Hostels inside the CU campus with 8 storeys high comprising of approx. 300 rooms. The hostel consists of 3 storeys of cast in-situ RC structures and the rest 5 storeys by MiC RC modules. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the MiC modules as single unit as well as a whole. Design work also includes the connection details between modules as well as with the cast in-situ portion connection in a structural, aesthetic, constructable and waterproofing sound manner. It also involves the design for temporary storage and the logistic design for the works.
