This project aims to construct a transitional housing development and associated facilities in Hung Lok Road. It proposed to construct 488 units serving 1090 residents. There are totally 4 storeys with totally 2 residential blocks. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the Steel MiC modules as single unit as well as a whole. MiCON involves in design coordination for the Contractor Design Team for works include the connection details between modules as well as with the cast in-situ portion connection in a structural, aesthetic, constructable and waterproofing sound manner, managing the design deliverable within master programme, facilitating design for BD Submission and associated statutory application. It also involves the design for temporary storage and the logistic design for the works.
